2. Processing of Page Insights Data
When you visit or interact with my Page, Meta collects personal data to create anonymous, aggregated statistics (“Page Insights”). These help me understand how visitors engage with my content (e.g., likes, shares, reach). This processing is based on my legitimate interest to analyze and optimize the reach and effectiveness of my Page (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Meta and I are joint controllers for this Page Insights data. Meta assumes primary responsibility for complying with GDPR obligations for this processing and provides the core information to data subjects. 3. Data I Process Directly
If you contact me directly via private message or comment, I process the data you provide (e.g., name, message content) solely to respond to your inquiry. The legal basis for this is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) or, if your inquiry relates to a pre-contractual measure, the necessity for its performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

4. Recipients of Data
Meta receives and processes your data according to its own Data Policy. I do not receive any individualized personal data from Meta through Page Insights. I only have access to the anonymized, aggregated statistics. I do not transfer your personal data to any other third parties.

5. Your Rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict the processing of your personal data. Regarding Page Insights data, you can exercise these rights primarily against Meta. 6. Changes to this Policy
I reserve the right to adapt this privacy policy to reflect changes in my Page’s offerings or legal requirements. The current version is always available here.
